Interactions between class II HLA, antigenic peptide and TCR in
1) altered T cell responses induced by altered peptide ligands,
2) autoimmune diseases including Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease, IDDM,Myasthenia gravis etc.
3) anti-tumor immunity directed against p21Ras, p53 etc.
